Independent Living: the Echo Senior Housing Option

Among the most challenging decisions that many seniors face include the issues of senior housing: when to change their living situation, and which senior housing option to choose. ECHO senior housing gives seniors the option of living independently while being near their families.
I am very interested in putting in a echo home for my elderly mother I feel the NYS and County will not allow it.
THIS IS VERY VERY WRONG!!!! for the caregiver and the parent!
