    (1) Eleanor Epstein says:

My authorized payment for Zostavax vaccine which was administered in February and decided in my favor in August by Maximus, ordered Humana to pay $225 by a certain date. Not only did they miss that date but when they finally gave me credit for the $225, I was already in the donut hole and they declined papyment saying I had to pay full price at that point of the year despite the fact that the vaccine was given in February. I have tried every agency even the Resolution Center to no avail and I am livid!
