Updated: Federal Grant Program Creates Aging and Disability Resource Centers in 41 States

Thursday October 26, 2006
Designed to provide long term care assistance for seniors and people with disabilities, a federally funded grant program is creating statewide Aging and Disability Resource Centers, managed by the U.S. Administration on Aging. These Aging and Disability Resource Centers, located in states across the U.S. and in two U.S. territories, will provide local information and support to help improve long-term care and community living.
