Aging causes natural changes in the body, but there are things you can do to keep yourself as healthy as possible. Here's an overview of the aging process, and how aging affects your bones, joints, muscles, and organs.

I don’t know why in these situations the word ‘natural’ is sprinkled gingerly everywhere, is it to soften the blow and make things seem more acceptable? In the full sense of the word, everything in existance is natural, including diseases, bacteria, viruses, etc. I’ll agree that aging certainly isn’t supernatural, but it hardly makes the losses in bodily function seem acceptable.

When describing hormones, saying things like ‘change’ is misleading. The hormones are produced in smaller quantity and used slower, much like our energy production, it is why we shut down as our system deteriorates over time, that’s why we need to research how to fix that damage.
