Family Caregivers: How to Avoid Holiday Traps

As much as we look forward to holidays, they often mean increased activities and stress. No one knows this better than family caregivers, who bear the added responsibilities of caring for a loved one all year long. One effective way to help caregivers and their families enjoy holidays more is to let go of expectations, and rewrite the rules about holiday celebrations.
