
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has plans for your future -- and that includes taking better care of yourself. Along with a report on the current status of aging in America, in which the CDC says that three behaviors (smoking, poor diet and a lack of physical exercise) were the root causes of almost 35 percent of deaths in 2000, the CDC has issued a list of health goals that the agency hopes will be met by the year 2010.
