Keep Your Pet Safe with Free Medical Alert Tags and Pet Registry

Friday April 18, 2008
As any pet lover will tell you, pets are often an important part of the family, so it's especially heartbreaking when a beloved pet is lost. As a result of Hurricane Katrina and the loss of thousands of family pets, a Florida-based organization offers free pet medical alert ID tags and a free nationwide pet registry to help lost or injured pets receive the medical care they need -- and find their owners. A few minutes of your time could keep your pet safe in an emergency.
