Senior Exercise: Strength Exercises Build Muscle, Increase Metabolism

Sunday May 3, 2009
As the weather gets warmer it's time to shed the long jackets and sweaters that kept us warm and covered up areas we're not proud of. Get ready for summer and start working out! You don't have to be a bodybuilder to benefit from strength exercises.
