I recommend nightly cleansing with a light makeup remover at night followed by moisturizing and moisturizing after a brisk scrub during my morning shower. I receive many unsolicited comments on my nice skin. Good genes probably help, too!!

Common Sense

I use sunscreen whenever I go outside for more than a few minutes, even on overcast days. UV radiation comes through clouds to damage skin whether the sun is shining or not. I also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated, which is good for my skin as well as overall health. Finally, I avoid things I know will damage my skin, including many of the "habits" mentioned in this excellent article. Most people tell me I look 10-15 years younger than I really am, so it must be working.
