Siesta Time: It's Good for You

Ahhh, the siesta: a short afternoon nap. Siestas are popular in many cultures, especially hot climates, and it's not uncommon to find restaurants and shops closed in the afternoon so people can rest. If you know the pleasures of an afternoon nap, good for you. But if you need an excuse to take a siesta, look no further. Studies have shown that siestas not only feel good, they serve a useful purpose.
