Basic Knee Exercises for Strong and Healthy Knees

Our knees take a lot of punishment through our lives. Running, sports and stairs all take a toll on delicate knee joints. The good news is that you can help your knees by strengthening your quad (thigh) muscles. Because knee joints are supported by the quads, if your quads are strong your knees will be stronger. These basic knee exercises can help to keep your knees strong and healthy.

I have the same problems, from years of soccer, running, etc.

I took glucosamine years ago - and stopped. But I found this other option, Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM!
