Positive Thinking Helps You Feel Better, Longer

Have you noticed that some people continue to feel good and stay active well into their senior years, while others appear to age rapidly and experience increased health problems? We hear that positive thinking can play a significant role, and now research shows that it's true. Being optimistic--and focusing on positive thoughts--has a positive affect on seniors' health.
