You count on nursing homes, doctors and other medical professionals to provide the care you and your loved ones need, but sometimes things go wrong and there are serious problems you never expected.
If that happens, and you need to file a complaint with the agency that licenses physicians and nursing homes in your area, contact your state's Department of Health Services, Department of Aging, or the Foundation Aiding the Elderly (FATE) for assistance.
